Andrew, his cousin Judy, and his best robot Thudd are on an adventure to see what is happening to the frog population. Their biggest obstacle is that they are the size bugs. With the help of Andrew's new helicopter invention, they travel to the pond to see what they can learn. They discover threatening water creatures above and below the surface, but will they figure out what is happening to all the frogs?
