I have heard about this book for years, but haven't had the time to read it. I'm so glad it rained today because I ravaged it! Percy Jackson, a 12-year old with ADHD and dyslexia has had his share of trouble in school. While on a long weekend with his mom, he learns he is not quite like all the other students when his "normal" buddy Grover shows up in the form of a satyr. Percy discovers his uniqueness and is sent on a quest on behalf of the Greek gods.
